Unfortunately the E-Filing and Email Service features are not open to new users at this time. Current users of both systems that have existing accounts should not experience any issues. We are working diligently to resolve the issue and will update this page as soon as they are available.

The State Office of Administrative Hearings provides the following electronic services:
Clicking on the ‘Public Case File Search’ button will load the Public Case File Search. Some case file information is confidential and not available in the Public Case File Search. For more information and helpful search tips, please reference the Guide to Searching Public Case Files .
Clicking on the ‘E-Filing’ button will load the Document Upload System. This is a secure system that requires a user account. If you do not have an account, you may create one by clicking on the ‘Create New User Account’ link on the Document Upload System page. Please note that this system is ONLY compatible with Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.
Clicking on the ‘Email Service’ button will load the Request to be Served by Email page. Parties to non-confidential general hearings cases may sign up to be served with documents issued by the State Office of Administrative Hearings through email.
